Role
The Insurance Specialty Referent handles the insurance policies and maintains the link between the salespeople and the insurance partners.
Responsabilities
- Generate and negotiate offers and issue insurance policies using the internal platform and the insurer’s portal;
- Maintain the link between salespeople and the insurer partners, in order to generate offers;
- Carry out daily activities that complement the distribution process of insurance contracts, such as generating documents for the collection of policies, receiving policies signed by the client and transmitting them to the insurer, checking the commission file received from insurers, negotiating the best conditions with insurers;
- Create reports for the outstanding insurance premium rates and for policy expiration dates, and follow their resolution state;
- Check the commission file received from insurers;
- Check the proper and timely commissioning for the issued and paid policies;
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and by email and phone;
- Positive attitude, taking initiative, conscientiousness and dynamism;
- Good organizing skills, ability to efficiently prioritize tasks, analytical thinking;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Attention to details;
- Capacity to work within a team;
- Ability to quickly find optimal solutions;
- Willingness to continuously invest in developing personal skills and improve professionally;
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
