Role

The Customer Service Agent will be in direct contact with the company’s customers, taking their requests and feedback, identifying their problems, and finding customized solutions to them.

Responsabilities

  • Contact customers by phone to identify their problems and find the right solutions for them;
  • Take over the customers’ requests (by phone, e-mail, courier, etc.) and solve them;
  • Participate in the continuous quality improvement of the services offered, taking note of the customers’ feedback and suggestions, the main objective being the customers’ satisfaction;
  • Record responsibly and continually update in the database all the information collected from the customers;
  • Have good knowledge of the products and the services offered by our company and the insurance partners;
  • Scan, upload, file and archive copies of insurance contracts and keep them in optimal conditions for safety and security;
  • Periodically analyze collected data;
  • Restore the saved data, if necessary;

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and by email and phone;
  • Positive attitude, taking initiative, conscientiousness and dynamism;
  • Good organizing skills, ability to efficiently prioritize tasks, analytical thinking;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Attention to details;
  • Capacity to work within a team;
  • Ability to quickly find optimal solutions;
  • Willingness to continuously invest in developing personal skills and improve professionally;
  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
