INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING MONITORING SYSTEM
We inform you that KUNDEN BROKER COMPANIE DE BROKERAJ S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) processes your personal data (image) through video surveillance means and/or electronic communication monitoring systems, collected upon entering the Company’s premises and work points.
The legitimate interests pursued by the Company are well-founded and take precedence over the interests or rights and freedoms of individuals entering the Company’s premises.
The purpose of processing these images is to monitor access to individuals, ensure the security of spaces, company assets, and information, as well as the safety of individuals (employees, brokerage assistants, clients, and visitors) present on the Company’s premises.
The recorded images are not disclosed or revealed to third parties, except in cases where there are violations of current legislation.
In such cases, the data may be provided to judicial authorities and other institutions authorized by law to request this information, upon their express request.
The retention period for your data obtained through the video surveillance system is up to 30 calendar days, except in cases explicitly regulated by law or justified cases. After the retention period expires, the data will be automatically deleted in the order it was recorded.
In accordance with data protection regulations, you have the right to request from the Company access to your personal data, correction or deletion of this data, or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.
Since the processing of your data (image) through the video surveillance system is necessary and considering the notice provided by the Company through the corresponding Information Notices displayed in monitored areas, positioned so that they can be seen by anyone intending to enter the Company’s premises, it is considered that the individuals who intend to enter the video-monitored area tacitly consent to the processing of their personal data (image) by entering and remaining in the monitored spaces. Employees and collaborators of the Company have been clearly, expressly, and fully informed by the Company of the existence of the monitoring systems.
If the individual does not agree with the processing of their data (image) or refuses to provide the data, they have the option not to enter the Company’s premises/spaces or, if they have entered the monitored area, to leave the monitored zone.
