Role

The Branch Manager coordinates the activities of an agency, actively participates in the recruitment and development of unit managers and consultants, supports team members through training and coaching, and proposes and adapts strategies for expanding and diversifying the client portfolio..

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, and guiding consultants to achieve established objectives;
• Managing team members to meet agency goals;
• Planning and evaluating the activities carried out by teams;
• Conducting weekly performance reviews and developing initiatives to improve results based on current market trends;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service.

Requirements

• Leadership and team management skills;
• Outstanding networking abilities;
• Experience in goal management;
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Professional experience in management or financial services is an advantage.
