The Unit Manager is tasked with developing, shaping, and overseeing a team of consultants specialized in advising clients and managing their risks, ensuring high-quality service and the achievement of organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and selecting new consultants to build a strong team;
• Actively engaging in the training and professional development of your team of consultants;
• Planning and evaluating the activities carried out by the team;
• Coordinating the team of consultants to achieve established objectives;
